Came in town for a family wedding and decided to try Dutch Bros. It was a great experience! The coffee is very tasty and the staff is so friendly. I ended up going to get an iced Golden Eagle three times in four days- I think that speaks to how good it is! I highly recommend the iced Golden Eagle with extra caramel drizzle and soft top. When I return to see family, this will probably continue be a daily stop for me while I visit. Hope they open some Dutch Bros. locations in Minneapolis soon! 🙂

Dutch Bros has become apart of my morning routine since opening in the area. The employees, especially Emma, keep a great attitude and keep the energy upbeat. They are a great representation of Radiating Kindness for our community.

Amazing place! Like Chic Fil A but coffee. Literally identical in customer service and speed. Excellent 👌🏻 Just... Um... Don't ask them to mix the banana bread latte flavor into your iced matcha. Thought I was making something cool and unique but I accidentally created stink bug juice.. NOT their fault, totally mine. They will create anything you ask just about. But yeah... Don't banana bread matcha. Can't stress that enough lol

Dutch Bros does not miss. The cold brew has made me think Starbucks who? The baristas are giving all the good vibes and good times. My girl Emma is ALWAYS on point with my drink, my stickers, and hyping me up.

My co-workers and I all love Dutch Bros and usually go at least once a week. We stopped by to ask them about partnering with our business for an upcoming event, and Cole (the manager) went beyond what we were asking all with a big smile and even let us get some drinks too. Not only have I always been treated well when I go for my own personal drinks, but seeing a manager so excited to team up in any way with a local business really shows how much Dutch Bros wants to integrate into the community. I’ll definitely be back, based on all my past visits, but after meeting Cole, I think my co workers and I can say we’re even happier to support!

This fruit punch lemonade blended with sour straw is everything I needed this morning. A pick me up when I was down. A pucker up like im waiting for a kiss. A sweetie here you go from your grandma. I 100% recommend l.

I can’t believe I waited this long to finally leave a review I should’ve done this months ago! The Dutch Bros in Collierville is hands down one of the best spots you can stop at. My wife and I come by what feels like 6–7 days a week, and at this point, the whole crew knows us by name. That alone says everything about the kind of place this is. From Cole to Emma, AC, Kenzie, Alyssa, Callie, Dylan, Lucia, Hannah, Marco, Sam, Annabelle, D, Jenna, Abby and so many more I’m still learning every single person brings energy, kindness, and consistency every time we pull up. It’s not just coffee, it’s an experience. I order the SAME drink every single time, and they make it so perfectly that I honestly can’t bring myself to try anything else. It’s that good. What’s even better is that when I pull up and order, half the team will pop their heads through the window just to see if it’s me—that’s the kind of personal connection you just don’t get anywhere else. I even had the chance to talk with the operator (I believe that’s the title), Cole, and connect with some of the team members we see most often like Kenzie, Emma, Ava, AC, Alyssa, and Molly. You can tell there’s a strong culture here, and it shows in how they treat every customer. If you’re anywhere near Collierville, do yourself a favor and stop by. This crew is phenomenal, the service is unmatched, and they’ll make your day better without fail. Seriously go check them out. You won’t regret it!

As a former manager at 7Brew, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and genuine kindness from the girl at the drive through window around 12:50. She told us it’s her last day, give that girl a promotion instead! She was amazing. Shes definitely the friendliest staff member I’ve interacted with thus far, however all the staff is nice! Even though they don’t prioritize wait times as much, most of the time the experience (like today) makes it all worth it!
